An Intuitive User Interface:
The most important element of any enterprise-wide project management system is a consistent and easy to use interface. Micro Planner 's innovative project desktop has won many Editor's Choice awards for its intuitive look and feel. Beginners get up to speed quickly and power users are more productive. Below is an example of our project desktop.

Each icon represents a separate item that the user can edit, move around the desktop, delete, duplicate, place into a folder, etc. The desktop and associated icons make it very easy to organize your information and to quickly locate any item. A user can organize his project by type, putting all of the calendars in a separate folder and all of the resources in a different folder. Or, the user can organize by subproject putting all of the resources and calendars associated with a specific subproject or group of subprojects in the same folder. Whatever way the user chooses, the information is easy to find, easy to edit, and most importantly, easy to learn.
This metaphor continues down though the folders. Each folder can have more folders and so on and so on. The possibilities for organizing your project are endless and any icon can be "dragged and dropped" into any folder at any time. It couldn't be easier.
